Filter
The Filter FX carves away part of the frequency spectrum of the audio routed through it, with enough resonance on tap to whistle and self-oscillate. Like all FX, it receives audio via Delay Lines or its external input channel.
Filter Properties#
- Type: The filter shape: Low-Pass, High-Pass, Notch, or Band-Pass.
- Cutoff: The frequency where the filter's effect is centered.
- Resonance: Emphasis around the filter frequency. Low values are flat and gentle; high values produce a sharp peak that whistles and even self-oscillates.
- Drive: Pre-filter input gain with built-in soft saturation. A value of 1 is clean; higher values warm and thicken the signal as it enters the filter.
