For support, please reach out to us by email at [email protected], or chat with us on our Discord server (you can use the #support channel).

If you're reporting a bug with Anukari, you can help us by including the Anukari developer logs when you contact us, along with a detailed explanation of what's going wrong. You can get these logs by opening Anukari, and going to the Help > Get Support menu. Here you will see a purple button that says Get developer log .zip file. This button will create a zip file for you, which you can send via an email attachment. See the example below.

Sending Apple macOS Crash Reports

If Anukari is crashing on macOS, in addition to the steps above the most helpful information you can provide us is the Apple crash report. When Anukari crashes, you should see a window like the one below. Click the "Report..." button.Screenshot of the first Apple crash report windowThis will open a new window with the crash report. To send this information to Anukari, you'll need to copy the all the text in the window and paste it into an email to us.
