If you're reporting a bug with Anukari, you can help us by including the Anukari developer logs when you contact us, along with a detailed explanation of what's going wrong. You can get these logs by opening Anukari, and going to the Help > Get Support menu. Here you will see a purple button that says Get developer log .zip file. This button will create a zip file for you, which you can send via an email attachment. See the example below.
