ANUKARI SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY

All determinations of the refund amount for multiple product purchases, group pricing, discounts, bundled pricing, etc. will be allocated among individual products by first removing any and all discounts for the products. Final determination of the refund amount per product and any partial refund amounts associated with multiple product or bundled purchases will be made in the sole and final discretion of Anukari.

Refund Policy

Licensee (also referred to as “you” or “your”) may elect to terminate their End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for any purchased Anukari software product (“Software”) and receive a full refund by e-mailing a request to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of Licensee’s purchase of valid license activation key from Anukari. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE SOFTWARE’S SPECIFICATIONS OR COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR DEVICE, PLEASE CONTACT US OR DOWNLOAD THE EVALUATION VERSION FOR A FREE TRIAL BEFORE PURCHASING A LICENSE ACTIVATION KEY.

Licensee’s request must include a written statement that Licensee (1) has not activated the Software using the license activation key, (2) retained no copies of the Software, (3) has uninstalled all downloaded copies of the Software (other than any free trial or evaluation version), (4) has not disclosed any of the materials to any third-party whatsoever, and (5) has not violated any provision of the EULA.

Upon receipt and approval of your request, Anukari will refund the License Fee that Licensee has paid. NO REFUND OF FEES WILL BE MADE after the 14-day period after purchase or if Licensee has violated any provision of the EULA. No other offer of refund is provided. Refunds are subject to and may be limited by discounts on multiple product purchases made by Licensee, and a “Full Refund” may be limited in conjunction with the current Anukari Refund Policy as outlined in this document.

All determinations of the refund amount for multiple product purchases and discounts will be made in the sole and final discretion of Anukari.

Uninstalling the Software

Upon receipt of a refund, Licensee agrees to retain no physical copies of the Software, to uninstall all downloaded copies of the Software and user files, and cease all use of the Software (other than any free trial or evaluation version).
Licensee shall not violate any provision of the Anukari EULA nor disclose any documentation or materials to any- third party for any reason.
