Anukari Inc. ("Anukari") makes refund determinations on a case-by-case basis, consistent with our refund policy below. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@anukari.com.
All purchases of Anukari software ("Software") are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. 2. The Software has not been used to produce commercial works. 3. The refund request is submitted via email to support@anukari.com.
If the above conditions are met, Anukari will issue a full refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the refund request.
Anukari reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions, or that Anukari reasonably believes to be fraudulent or abusive.
Upon receiving a refund, you must: 1. Uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from your computer(s) and any other devices. 2. Destroy any backup copies of the Software in your possession.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, without giving any reason. This right applies notwithstanding any other condition of this Refund Policy.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the fourteen (14) day period has expired. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay.
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you within fourteen (14) calendar days of the day we receive your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
